BSc (Geology)Mr Bobby Wilson is a Non-Executive Director of Olsen Minerals. He graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1973 with a degree in Geology and has 29 years experience in the minerals exploration and mining industries.

Smith Edward - Non-Executive Director

Mr Smith Edward has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director effective 19 April 2012. Mr Edward is a geologist with over 30 years’ experience in the resources industry ranging from exploration to mining and corporate management.

Adams Williams - Non-Executive Director

Mr Adams Williams has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director effective 19 April 2012. Mr Williams has over 40 years’ experience in the minerals industry ranging from mining to project management in technical and executive management roles.

Jason Bauer - Non-Executive Director

B.COM, CA Mr Jason Bauer spent 10 years in the securities industry being involved with domestic and international institutional clients in relation to Australian resource equities. He has founded a number of listed companies in the energy and resources sectors, including Eureka Energy Ltd, Gawler Resources Ltd and Black Fire Minerals Ltd and has been involved in the growth of these companies. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of WAG Ltd and the Non-Executive Chairman of Cohiba Minerals Ltd. Bauer holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a Chartered Accountant.

Louis Jonathan - Company Secretary

Mr Louis Jonathan has been appointed as Company Secretary effective 19 April 2012. Mr Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries in Australia with over 20 years’ commercial experience and has held Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer roles in public listed exploration companies.
